The Hobbit Motorlodge - Ohakune

Everything was great, nice staff, good views of the mountain. Overall it was fairly quiet, with a shared bathroom. The location was marvellous - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We didn't feel like leaving, so totally recommend this hotel.

a kitchen area, a lounge, and wifi were available in our suite. the breakfast had variety of great food and drinks. the location was central, amazing in national park.

Location: the hotel was not far from the township, and the main center. I randomly popped in Eat Takeaway Diner serving some pastries, located a 10-15 minute walk from the venue, it was nice. The room was a nice size and well-equipped and the bed there was comfortable.

Convenient location close to shops, restaurants, and the main town area. Plus, being near the river adds to the charm! 🏞️.

Our stay here was fantastic! the location was spot-on with a cool communal lounge nearby and easy access to the hill and central North Island. the service was top-notch and we really enjoyed the great pool facilities 🏊.

Reasonably priced. the staff here are super friendly, and you can enjoy incredible views of the mountains. Everything inside is pleasant and tidy. the best thing is its amazing location close to the ski slopes, plus there's a restaurant on-site. the service is top-notch, and the food they serve is delicious! 🏔️.

We loved the beautiful area, surrounded by trees and peaceful atmosphere. the spacious room with a comfortable queen bed was perfect for us as adults. the daily housekeeping service was amazing, and the kitchen facilities, including a fridge and cooktop, were very convenient. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee, and milk. the staff at the accommodation were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It's disappointing that the bed sheets were not changed upon arrival and had noticeable stains.

I recently stayed at this place and had a fantastic experience. the location was ideal, being close to the town center and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Additionally, it was very convenient to have the mountain so close by, making it easy to access skiing and other outdoor activities.
